Dimitris is the founder and managing partner of our firm and has been actively practicing law since 2004. He possesses extensive litigation experience and specializes in preventive legal advisory services for both legal entities and individuals. His expertise primarily focuses on corporate law, corporate transformations, commercial and civil contracts, due diligence processes, Bankruptcy Law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance for business activities, the development of internal corporate procedures, and corporate governance in general. Additionally, he has a high level of specialization and extensive experience in handling criminal cases, particularly in economic criminal law. He has served as defense counsel in numerous criminal trials at all stages of the criminal procedure. Dimitris also acts as legal advisor and legal representative for domestic and international legal entities and serves as a member of advisory committees for domestic corporations.

Graduate of Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Holder of a master’s degree in Criminal Law from Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
