Dimitris is the founder and partner of Piperakis Kostopoulos Law Firm, practicing active and combative law since 2004. He maintained an independent law firm with a historical tradition of four generations of lawyers specializing in apartment building law, leases and real estate. His office functioned as a continuation of the law office of Ioannis Kostopoulos, a lawyer since 1966 who was for a number of years the director of the legal magazine “Review of Apartment Building Law”, with a rich writing project and organization of seminars for lawyers on the issues of apartment buildings.

He has many years of experience and scientific training in cases that touch the full scope of Civil Law both at the judicial level and in advisory. In particular, he has a high degree of expertise in every aspect of the Law related to real estate, such as transferable legal transactions (contract of sale, donation, parental allowance, acceptance of property inheritance), leases (commercial or non-commercial), contractual agreements and collaborations with construction companies, disputes between co-owners of apartment buildings, protection of the real estate of the debtor-owner and enforcement against the debtor-owner by his creditor.
