CURRICULUM DETAILS:

Giouli has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2000 and serves as a senior associate at our firm. She is responsible for handling cases related to corporate law, commercial law, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience in litigating cases before the competent courts.
